As our jewelry is personalized, please ensure that all details provided for customization are accurate before confirming your order. Once the order is placed, modifications may not be possible due to the bespoke nature of our pieces.


  2. Payment and Currency: We accept secure online payments in US$. Prices displayed on our website are exclusive of any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees. By completing the payment process, you acknowledge and accept Prisca Lauren’s Pricing and Payment Terms.


  3. Shipping and Delivery: Prisca Lauren ships both domestically and globally from our base in Switzerland. We aim to dispatch your order as fast as possible, crafting each piece with meticulous care. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location, and you can expect to receive your order within approximately 3 to 4 weeks. All import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility. Once you have confirmed your purchase, you will receive a first email confirming your order and you will receive a second email with a tracking number and an estimated delivery date once your product is ready. The mentioned time frames for each order do not include potential customs clearance processes. We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay. Provided we do this, we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.


  4. Return and Refund Policy: Due to the personalized nature of our jewelry, items cannot be returned once purchased. However, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care to ensure that your personalized jewelry meets your expectations. In the unlikely event of any concerns, please contact our customer service team within 7 days from receipt, and we'll work diligently to address your issue.
